** Key Responsibilities **

** Recruit & Screen: ** Source candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews.
** Match & Place: ** Coordinate job placements that align client needs with candidate skills.
** Client & Candidate Relations: ** Serve as the primary point of contact for active associates and corporate clients.
** Onboarding & Admin: ** Manage pre-employment screening, employment paperwork, and roster management.

** What We’re Looking For **

Strong communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency with ATS databases, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
High energy, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
