License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Experience: Recent graduates welcome; previous experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Salary: Guaranteed starting at $425K plus productivity incentives

Sign-On Bonus: $75,000

Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive women's health care in outpatient clinics and hospital settings

Manage prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological cases

Conduct inpatient rounds and coordinate care with hospital staff

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including specialists and advanced practice providers

Utilize advanced surgical and diagnostic technology, including robotic-assisted surgery

Lead efforts in quality improvement and professional development

Support community outreach and hospital initiatives

What You Need

Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible OB-GYN license in Missouri

Experience: Open to recent graduates and experienced providers

Key Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, compassionate patient care, team collaboration
