The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we're just getting started.Opportunity overviewWe have an immediate opening for a Weekend OR/PACU RN to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Nashville, Tennessee.Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, with schedule times being dependent upon the case load (4 hour guarantee each day), with holidays required that fall on the weekend of workThis role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.How you'll contributeAt US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work. Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Weekend OR/PACU RN will:Utilize advanced assessment skills to formulate patient care plans and identify patient care problemsPerform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgeryDemonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedationAdminister medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directedProvide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family membersProvide patient educationWhat you'll bringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and skills include:Active RN licenseCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications2-3 years of clinical experience in Operating, Procedure Room or PACU strongly preferredStrong technical and clinical assessment skillsAbility to access, input, and retrieve information from a computerAbility to work independently and demonstrate good judgmentAbility to communicate accurately and conciselyMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
