Job Details
Essential Functions:
- Assists staff with interdepartmental errands.
- Assists with clerical tasks by typing and filing patient folders, faxing, translating, photocopying, and collating paperwork when needed.
- Answers the telephone when needed and directs calls promptly, accurately, and with courtesy.
- In times of emergency, holidays, or when there is a large customer workload, the volunteer will assist in obtaining basic registration information.

- Adheres to confidential policy.
- Courteous, respectful, tactful, and friendly.
