Composed of the best teams in the industry and coupled with our unwavering reputation, we live our core values; integrity, collaboration, accountability, and efficiency daily to continue growing our ever-expanding business.What you'll do:Obtain a thorough understanding of our service process and scheduling techniquesEffectively set appointments with calendars for our service department utilizing the training and platforms givenCommunicate with customers via phone call, text, email accurately, politely, and with urgency (upholding the SPF 5 Star Customer Experience)Manage the Service phone line and Service email inboxSet appointments and manage schedules for service techniciansAudit technician calendars for efficiency and accuracy (times, addresses, etc)Gather accurate information via phone or text to gain a clear understanding of customer needsMaintain accurate data entryMonitor the Return to Customer reports for both Service and Installation to ensure a quick turnaround for second tripsAssist the Install Coordinators with install returns that could be handled by a service technician, so the team can continue to focus on new revenue on the boardWork closely with the rest of the Coordination team to prioritize any scheduling that needs to be doneMaintain a sense of urgencyMaintain clear, concise communicationWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes as SPF growsLearn our product enough to be able to assist with troubleshootingWork closely with our Service Lead - Provide feedback from customers, Provide feedback on technicians and Work closely to examine how we can better develop our processes/systemsAll other duties as assignedWho you are:You want to go above and beyond and consistently take yourself to the next level both personally and professionally.You have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failuresAlways professional and kind in communication with customers and co-workersExceptionally organized with strong multitasking skillsWorks well in a high paced environment, you have an unmatched sense of urgencyAdaptable in a changing environmentYou are a team playerFamiliarity with CRM systems1-3 years of coordination experienceProficient in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeWhat's in it for you:Annual base salary range: $48,000- $50,000Monthly bonus opportunities when revenue goals are achieved (eligible after 90 days)Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disabilityA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growthTime off with pay401(k) plan with a degree of employer matchingPaid parental leaveWellness programs and product discountsPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential.
