This is a leadership role designed for someone looking to grow into a General Manager position while building real operational experience. We are seeking dependable leaders from retail, grocery, restaurant, warehouse, banking, or similar environments who want a stable company with clear systems and advancement opportunity. Schedule Overview This role includes a mix of daytime and evening shifts, with some weekends. Most shifts end by approximately 9:00 PM Some weekend availability is required Schedules are planned in advance Major holidays are closed (New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas) While this role includes evenings and some weekends, it is structured and predictable compared to traditional full‑service restaurant environments. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, grocery, warehouse, banking, or similar) Strong reliability and consistent attendance history Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Comfortable using POS systems, email, and basic computer tools Professional communication skills Desire to grow into a General Manager role Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We value stability, leadership ability, and accountability.
