Site Safety Health OfficerWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Safety Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing and managing projects, specifically within federal frameworks, ensuring quality control and compliance with US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects in compliance with federal guidelines and USACE standards.Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.Ensure quality control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Essential SkillsProven experience as a safety manager, particularly in federal projects.Strong understanding of USACE standards and guidelines.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Quality Control Management (QCM) is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with a focus on meeting federal project standards. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
