Servers are responsible for providing excellent guest service while accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining their tables, and creating a positive dining experience for every guest.The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of teamwork and taking care of the guest from the moment they arrive until they leave.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome.Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and specials.Make recommendations and confidently suggest additional food and beverage items when appropriate.Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.Check on guests throughout their visit and anticipate their needs.Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service areas.Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management.Address guest questions and concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.Follow all responsible alcohol service policies and applicable laws.Follow proper cash-handling and payment procedures.Complete side work and closing duties as assigned.Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow dress and grooming standards.Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed.Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy and stressful shifts.QualificationsPrevious serving experience preferred, but not required.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Must meet all applicable age and legal requirements for alcohol service.What We're Looking ForWe want servers who genuinely enjoy taking care of people and understand that great service is more than simply taking an order and dropping off food.The right candidate is attentive without being overbearing, moves with a sense of urgency, knows their menu, communicates with their team, and takes ownership of their tables from start to finish.If you're dependable, personable, work well under pressure, and take pride in providing great service, we'd like to meet you.Work schedule8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayHolidaysDay shiftNight shiftSupplemental payTipsBenefitsFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceDisability insurance401(k)Employee discount
