They must balance hard work and guest-focused service, have attention to detail, have a willingness to work at a fast pace in a high intensity kitchen, and be able to excel in a team-minded environment. The candidate must be dedicated to both personal and professional growth as they serve on our team. They must be passionate about customer service and strive for excellence in all tasks.

Position Type: Full-time - Minimum of 30 hours per week. Must have availability for shifts between the hours of 5:30 am - 11:30pm.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
