Responsibilities Supervise and direct technical and lab support teams Communicate clearly about work assignments, workflow efficiency, and staff responsibilities Maintain technical competency, perform bench duties, and cover weekend/holiday shifts as needed Mentor and develop staff, manage compliance activities, and ensure timely completion of company documents Participate in teaching, oversee professional development of technical staff, and actively promote a culture of safety within the department Qualifications An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Medical Laboratory Science (MLT/MT) with ASCP certification Experience in roles with progressively increasing responsibility in a medical laboratory environment Flexible with their work schedule to accommodate meetings and interactions with employees who work during the second and third shifts Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider, Science, and Analyst Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
