Ein idealerweise 6‑monatiges bezahltes Praktikum im Bereich "Smart Factory" mit der Möglichkeit einer anschließenden Abschlussarbeit. Was Sie erwartet: Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Smart‑Factory‑Lösungen sowie Operational Excellence Programmen mit Übernahme eigener (Teil‑)Projekte Sehr gute Einblicke in Produktionsprozesse und Prozessabläufe durch aktive Mitarbeit vor Ort Analyse und Auswertung von Fehlerquellen, Ableitung von Ursachen sowie proaktive Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen zur Optimierung von Produktions- und Prozessabläufen Mitarbeit bei Analysen der Produktionslinien sowie Verarbeitung von Produktionsdaten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsmeistern und Technik/Instandhaltung, u. a. zur Unterstützung bei Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen Teilnahme an Lean‑Workshops und Anwendung von Lean Tools in der Produktion Übernahme von Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft Was wir erwarten: Fortgeschrittenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung Erste Kenntnisse im Verbesserungs‑ und Lean Management (z.
