Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the Family Services Department, ensuring high-quality service delivery by case managers. Collaborate in IEP meetings, safety reviews, transition planning, and interdisciplinary team discussions. Maintain effective communication with LEAs, DCF, DCYF, and other agencies. Support admissions process and coordinate transitions to adult services. Serve as a licensed signatory for treatment documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and agency policies. Organise and participate in family events and community engagement activities. Promote family-driven, person-centered care and foster a collaborative team environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Professional licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in case management, child welfare, or related services. Experience working with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license. Benefits & Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from $86,000 to $98,000, based on experience.
