The Host/Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and managing reservations, seating, and guest flow.
How You Will Create the Extraordinary
Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones and manage reservations Coordinate guest seating and ensure fair rotation of servers Communicate wait times and enhance guest experience with recommendations Address and resolve guest questions or concerns Support servers and bussers as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area Assist with side work, stocking, and operational tasks Promote rewards programs, services, and venue offerings Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
What You Will Need
Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality with ability to engage guests Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Basic computer and phone system skills Knowledge of food and beverage offerings (or willingness to learn) Must be at least 18 years old Professional appearance and adherence to dress standards Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout shift Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Comfortable working in a loud, busy restaurant environment Ability to handle multiple guest and team demands calmly and professionally.
