Customer Service Representative

Position Overview Store 4700070: 1301 S Neil St, Champaign, Illinois 61820 Shift Availability: Days & Evenings & Overnight Time Type: Full time | Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities Greet customers and run the register, cashier duties. Make purchase suggestions and occasionally work with our food program. Maintain store appearance by working inside and outside in various areas. Provide fast and friendly service to customers. Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance. Assist with daily tasks as part of a fun, energetic team. Key Qualifications Experience selling products to customers. Excellent customer care and friendly conversation skills. Ability to perform at a quick pace while having fun. Teamwork to accomplish daily goals. Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking. Preferred Qualifications Retail and customer‑service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in career. Willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours. Lifting/carrying up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift, occasionally 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds force. Bend at waist with twisting up to one hour per shift. Grip, reach, manipulate objects requiring eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing. Compensation & Benefits Hiring Range: $15.00 to $15.25 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability.
