About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chair for its Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for the department, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and promoting research and educational activities. The Chair will also be tasked with overseeing the department's budget, faculty recruitment, and development, as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs. Applicants for the Chair position should have a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field, and a strong record of scholarly achievement. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to advancing the department's mission.
