About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Revenue Operations to spearhead the development and management of the commercial operating foundation that is essential for the organization's growth. This executive will be responsible for the strategic and tactical aspects of revenue operations, including sales operations, revenue forecasting, pipeline management, CRM governance, commercial analytics, proposal operations, pricing insights, sales compensation, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will be a key partner to various commercial functions, bringing alignment, visibility, and operational discipline to the organization. They will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Applicants for the Vice President of Revenue Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years' of experience in revenue operations or a related discipline. A strong background in commercial and financial acumen, as well as experience in supporting a revenue organization with significant annual revenue, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building or scaling a revenue operations function, particularly in complex, multi-business-unit, or project-based organizations. Deep expertise in commercial technology, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics is essential, as is the ability to influence and advise executive leaders. Advanced proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools is also necessary, with a preference for experience in specific platforms.
