Your Role at Rise Real Estate:
- Proactively follow up and nurture leads from our Zillow Flex lead system.
- Arrange and conduct property tours and inspections.
- Assist buyers and sellers in making the best property deals.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties consistently.
- Develop professional networks with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Stay current with real estate market trends and best practices.
