Staff Product Designer

Reevo is hiring a Staff Product Designer to take ownership of a major surface of the product end to end. This role focuses on raising the team’s craft and operating bar while prototyping and shipping in code with agents. You will lead with solutions, iterate from customer signal, and keep a close loop between design decisions and real-world outcomes. What you’ll own Own ambiguous, high-stakes areas of the product and decide what should exist, including the workflow , information architecture , and the bet across a domain or, at times, the product end to end. Prototype in the playground, work in the codebase, and ship the surface-level UX you own, including styling, states, alignment, and polish without waiting for a front-end specialist. Define the bet and the signal that determines whether it was right, then ship, observe what happens, and improve based on results. Hold the line on details that determine whether the product feels designed or assembled, including edge cases , empty states , motion , and critique work that does not meet the bar. Stay connected to how customers and the business move by participating in team channels, standups, and sales call recordings, using what you learn to guide what you build. Build and extend the design system, push it where it falls short, and design experiences where agents orchestrate work and the interface stays thin for visibility, guidance, and trust. Mentor through critique, share workflows and prompts behind your craft, and support hiring by serving as a trusted interviewer and helping shape what the team screens for. What you bring 10+ years designing products in a fast-paced environment, including meaningful experience in B2B SaaS and startup-stage teams. A zero-to-one track record, taking ideas from nothing to shipped more than once, with the ability to discuss what you learned and what you would do differently. Fluency with AI tooling in daily practice today, with experience building with agents rather than planning to start. Comfort working in the codebase through agents, prototyping and shipping real UI this way, and discussing tradeoffs with engineers. Systems thinking , including building reusable patterns and understanding workflow beyond the immediate surface. Solution-led collaboration: bringing designs and prototypes rather than documents and open questions, and offering alternatives when you disagree. Speed of decision under incomplete information, keeping work moving instead of waiting for certainty. A high craft bar paired with persistence to maintain it, plus judgment to know when shipping beats polishing. Self-starter capability in ambiguity with minimal process and strong collaboration, pulling in leadership when support is needed. Based in the Bay Area and able to work five days a week in office , at either the San Francisco or Santa Clara office, with one day a week in Santa Clara .
