Radiology Technologist Full Time (Days)
Location: Northwestern Oregon Region Setting: Hospital-based imaging department Other shifts may be available upon inquiry.
About the Role
This Radiology Technologist position supports a regional imaging department, performing high quality diagnostic radiographic exams with a focus on accuracy, safety, and patient-centered care. Youll work within a collaborative clinical team serving a growing community in Northwestern Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures following department protocols
- Ensure proper patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and imaging staff to support efficient patient flow
- Document exams, patient history, and imaging details in the EMR
- Maintain equipment and report service needs
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across all age groups
- Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines
Requirements
- ARRT (R) certification
- Oregon state license required (or willing to obtain)
- Previous hospital imaging experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality imaging standards
