Our organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to become a vital member of our skilled team located at Regions Hospital, a distinguished Level 1 Adult/Pediatric Trauma and Burn Center in St. Paul, MN. Joining us means you will play a significant role in enhancing the quality of care our patients receive daily.

As a Neurosurgeon with our organization, you will be integrated into the largest multi-specialty healthcare system in the Twin Cities. While fellowship training is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.

Collaboration is at the heart of our neurosurgical care delivery, and we pride ourselves on maintaining high cultural standards. Our neurosurgical team includes specialists in neuro-critical care, neuro-oncology, pediatric neurosurgery, interventional radiology, skull base/aneurysm, pain management, trauma services, and emergency medicine. This collaborative environment allows you to shape your practice while having the option to delegate certain subspecialty tasks.

We offer an appealing on-call schedule, robust support from advanced practitioners and nursing staff, and a first-call structure that minimizes the burden on surgeons during evenings and weekends. Our dedicated OR and clinic blocks, along with cutting-edge technology and modern facilities, further enhance the attractiveness of this position.

SALARY RANGE:

The compensation for this role ranges from a minimum of $765,000.00 to a maximum of $1,200,000.00 based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE).

SALARY RANGE EXPLANATION:

Compensation is determined by the responsibilities and requirements of the position. Factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity may also influence pay within the established range. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
