Hegeman Electric, Inc. is seeking skilled and licensed Electricians (Journeymen/Master) to run multiple projects and join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the electrical installation, repair and maintenance in accordance with local and national codes. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, professionalism and the opportunity to grow with a company. Most projects are within Chittenden County, but may have projects that fall within a 50-mile radius of Essex Jct. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in new and existing commercial and residential projects. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues. Ensure work is completed in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. Operate job site and crew efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and team members. Willingness to work overtime is a plus and sometimes required. Qualifications Valid state Journeyman or Master Electrician license. Thorough understanding of NEC and local electrical codes. Strong problem-solving and technical skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license. High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion and integrity. Must maintain a company vehicle. Must supply own hand tools and PPE. Benefits Licensed electrician with adequate experience, position starting at $30.00/hour.
