ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of 13. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in State Farm Operations, which provided valuable experience and helped me develop a strong understanding of customer service, teamwork, and agency leadership.

I attended Seton Hall University and have always believed in building strong relationships—both within the office and throughout the community. Giving back is important to our agency, and we proudly support The Valerie Fund, which helps families facing pediatric cancer and blood disorders. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Justin Bush - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
