Fast Food or Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager Wanted

Fast Casual and Fast Food Restaurant General Managers and Assistant General Managers needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Marmora and Somers Point markets. The right candidates need to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. In addition, likes to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 3 years minimum Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager Experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Adept knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
• Servant leader mentality
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus
• 2-3$ million in annual revenue
