TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Chandler, Arizona, 85224!

ID: 78024937 Shift: 12H Nights EOW + first to float, could float to sister facility Description: Unit Solutions will prescreen, Auto Offer off of Prescreen ReccomendationMinimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.**COVID vaccine is required, or religious or medical declination form (with appropriate documentation). ***Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer, through RELIAS, only (with 2 MAX attempts). **There will be a Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with an emphasis on sterile field. Study materials will be provided with first day instructions, so please make sure travelers are up to date on proper sterile techniques.- Unit: D4 Neuro- # beds: 28 bed- Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS- Ratios: 1:3-4- Charge Nurse: Yes, no patient assignment. Also have a Clinical Supervisor in a management role.- Techs: PCTs - 1 per every 16 patients.- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.- Scrub Color: Navy- Tele: Centralized tele. RNs must be able to interpret EKGs.- Vents: No- Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Hospitalist rounds during the day and on call at night.- IV Team: No- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7.- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on the floor.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Neuro post surgical, post cranis, spine, CVAs post TPA.- Additional Notes: No ICP monitoring. Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level:1 Care Shift + first to float, could float to sister facility Required , BLS Certification, NIHSS Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Weeks:91
