Contract | Days | Expected 36 hours/week, Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and non-emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency care
• Manage and respond to trauma cases in accordance with Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center protocols
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation throughout the care continuum

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• ENPC or PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-acuity environment
