Physical Therapist (PT) – Pediatric Home Health Location: San Antonio, Schertz, Shavano Park, Leon Valley, Converse, Selma, South San Antonio, Balcones Heights, Helotes and Stone Oak. Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours. Pay: $60 – $75 per hour. Make a difference where it matters most — at home. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping kids grow, move, and reach their full potential — all while enjoying flexibility, teamwork, and great support. What You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat children with developmental, orthopedic, and neurological needs. Create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and family goals. Use play-based, functional activities to promote mobility, strength, and confidence. Educate and empower families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, PTAs, etc.) to ensure whole-child care. Document patient progress accurately using our user-friendly EMR system. What You’ll Need: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Texas PT license (or eligibility). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
