Job Summary The Personal Lines Private Client Account Executive will provide professional stewardship to clients by conducting annual exposure reviews and ensuring their coverage meets their needs. The role includes performing thorough assessments of client assets and risks, recommending appropriate insurance products, maintaining strong client relationships, and keeping clients informed about market and program changes. Primary Functions Develop client relationships to become the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all personal insurance matters. Review client exposures, loss experience, and current coverage, then recommend appropriate products and services. Provide proactive day‑to‑day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs. Work independently and in collaboration with internal assistants, accounting, marketing, and claims resources. Manage the renewal process to ensure maximum retention and recognize cross‑sell opportunities when possible. Deliver outstanding customer service with professional, timely, and accurate communication. Establish effective relationships with carriers, underwriters, and marketing representatives. Resolve complex service or coverage‑related issues in partnership with team members and producers. Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data and documents within the EPIC management system following agreed workflows and procedures. Escalate internal and external service concerns that may impact clients to appropriate departments or management for action and prevention. Position Requirements 5–7 years of personal lines insurance experience; preference for HNW/Private clientele. Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines. Customer‑service oriented with strong problem‑solving ability. Pay Details The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 – $110,000, reflecting Acrisure’s good‑faith estimate at the time of posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
