Compensation & Schedule
???? Pay Rate: $57/hr
???? Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
???? Completion Bonus: $150/month
???? Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 60 Hours Per Week | 1st Shift
???? Additional Schedule Details: Consistent overtime supporting utility and substation construction activities.

Required Qualifications
✔ BCSP Credential Required (CHST Minimum)
✔ Minimum 5+ Years of Field Construction Safety Experience
✔ Electrical Construction Safety Experience Required
Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Electrical Transmission Experience
⭐ Substation Construction Experience
⭐ NFPA 70E Experience
⭐ ASP, CSP, OHST, or Other Advanced BCSP Credential
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide daily field safety oversight for substation construction activities
- Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
- Monitor electrical installation, utility construction, material handling, and equipment operations
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
- Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
- Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
- Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project

Success in this role requires maintaining a strong field presence, proactively identifying hazards, effectively communicating with craft personnel and supervision, and ensuring electrical construction activities are executed safely while supporting project productivity, quality, and schedule objectives.
