Customer Service RepresentativeThis employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, as well as supporting compliance to physician direction.Job Responsibilities:Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer systemDocuments calls and intakes in computerized record keeping system (Productivity)Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized recordsRead and analyze documents such as patient ordersComprehend pharmacy prescription terminologyEffectively communicate with co-workers and patients alikeHelp with the training of employeesCalculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensedApply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructionsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust meet any licensing requirements necessary for specific locationComputer entry experience requiredPhysical Demands:The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.Lincare offers employees a variety of competitive benefits that include ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
