Job Overview Position: Photography Intern (Seasonal) Location: New York, NY (Legal Address 0TW50) Duration: Summer Internship – June 24th to August 30th (10 weeks) Compensation: $200 to $350 per week based on experience and weekly hours committed Education Level: 2‑Year Degree Shift: Day; Travel expectations: Road Warrior across up to 3 camp locations within a region Position Responsibilities Onsite Camp Photography Intern: Attend summer camps and capture content from swim sessions, field trips, special events, and daily activities. Review and edit photos for quality, upload and organize photos to the Waldo platform, and collaborate with camp staff and the Marketing Team to ensure timely uploads. Waldo Photography Intern: Manage the Waldo photography platform, working with Onsite Interns to supervise photo submissions, sort, tag, and approve images for families, and edit photos as needed. Support families and staff on platform access, budget the Waldo plan, and coordinate with our Waldo representative. Qualifications Strong storytelling skills – able to capture moments that showcase children’s participation and activities. Proficiency with DSLR or high‑quality phone camera; portfolio required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Entrepreneurial mindset, problem‑solving ability, and commitment to safety and fun for participants. Excellent communication skills; comfortable using Slack, GSuite, Asana, and other collaboration tools.
