Laboratory Specimen AnalysisResponsible for the analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent result reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures.QualificationsMinimum Education:Baccalaureate degree in relevant science preferredMinimum Work Experience:One year clinical laboratory internship preferredRequired Licenses/Certifications:MT(ASCP) or equivalent registration, or MT eligible under Medicare laboratory regulationsRequired Regulations:Adhere to infection control policies and guidelines appropriate for their work area. Hand hygiene and PPE (job applicable) followed when appropriate.Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:The registered Medical Technologist must have a sound knowledge of Clinical Laboratory science. The employee shall have the ability to perform highly advanced technical and complex analytic work.
