Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Setting: 100% Onsite

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Client Care Specialist for a well-established Fortune 500 company located in Bonita Springs. The Client Care Specialist will serve as a main point of contact for national customers, providing professional support and a high level of customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting with customer requests, coordinating service needs, processing information accurately, and helping maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process inbound customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and internal systems
• Track customer interactions and updates in CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams
• Assist with quotes, contracts, service requests, and invoicing support
• Identify customer needs and help resolve questions or concerns
• Work closely with leadership and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely follow-up on all assigned tasks
• Support department goals related to response time, customer retention, and overall service quality
• Contribute ideas to help improve processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service, client support, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Bonita Springs
