A global strategy firm based in the US is seeking experienced Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) consultants for an immediate 4-week strategic project. This engagement offers an attractive opportunity to work with our highly collaborative team, supporting prominent private equity clients through rigorous commercial diligence and growth strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed market research and analysis.
\n
• Generate and present clear, impactful insights.
\n
• Collaborate closely with senior team members on critical deliverables.
\n
• Contribute actively to strategic discussions and client presentations.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Experience working for a leading strategy consultancy e.g. MBB, Big 4
\n
• Experience leading and delivering engagements to large and mid-cap PE firms in topics areas such as Commercial Diligence (CDD) and Strategy. Must have completed at least 10 CDDs
\n
• Proven ability to work effectively within tight project timelines.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Immediate availability preferred.
\n
