Position Highlights Location: Holyoke, MA Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift) Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours per Week Pay Rate: $55/hour Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $1,980 (Including Stipend) Weekly Housing & Meals Stipend: $1,414 (for qualified travelers) Taxable Hourly Rate: $15.72 Non-Taxable Stipend Equivalent: $39.27/hour Overtime: Available after 40 hours worked Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and rehabilitation goals. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Previous experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or skilled nursing settings preferred.
