About the CompanyOur client builds AI for AI transformation, tackling the problem that 95% of enterprise AI pilots fail. It deploys AI companion agents that passively observe how teams work (with full human consent), build a context graph of how the entire company operates, and use that graph to drive measurable improvement — for example, mapping 900+ processes for one enterprise in 9 days, and capturing 3,800+ finance operations for another in 14 weeks. It's trusted by marquee enterprise customers, did 8-figure revenue, and 7x'd in the last fiscal year.

The RoleA Staff AI Frontend Engineer sitting at the intersection of product design and frontend engineering — an engineer first, with design sensibility that elevates everything built. You'll define and implement the look and feel of AI-native enterprise workflows, making complex tools feel as intuitive as the best consumer apps.
Tech stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind; WebRTC; Python backend (occasional cross-stack).
Requirements- 6+ years of frontend, at a Senior-to-Staff level
- Mastery of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Ships multiple features per day with AI tooling
- High agency — an ex-founder or comparable
- Engineer first, designer by instinct
- On-site in SF, 5 days a week
- A clear ownership signal, not pure big-company tenure
- Prior founder, founding engineer, or major scope ownership at a real startup
- Can articulate what changed in their stack in the last three months — names current agentic dev tools unprompted
- Has shipped real-time complex frontend systems, WebRTC streaming, generative UI, or comparable
- Engineer first, with real design taste
- One of the hardest frontend surfaces in enterprise AI: real-time WebRTC companion agents, generative dashboards over enterprise context graphs, and agentic chat that operates the web app itself
- A tiny, elite team with marquee logos: 8-figure revenue, 7x'd in the last fiscal year and still accelerating
- Ship at AI speeds and define the frontend SDLC: work directly with the founding team on how the company scales code review and SDLC with agents
