Digital Media Manager (Paid Media) | Part-Time Contract | Onsite once/week Middlesex County NJ

Immediate Need - 6-Month Contract - 2 days/week
Robert Half's client, a full-service advertising agency, is seeking a Digital Media Manager to provide coverage during a family leave. This is a part-time opportunity (2 days/week total) requiring a hands-on digital marketer who can independently manage, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns.
Schedule:
- 6-month contract
- 2 days per week of work (Mondays & Wednesdays). This is NOT a 40 hour/week role. Weekly hours will be around 16
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide ROI-driven recommendations
- Execute and optimize Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, Email, SMS, Audio, and CTV campaigns
- Collaborate with account and creative teams to develop integrated digital marketing strategies
- Create client-facing reports, presentations, and budget updates
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Strong expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (required)
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, WordPress, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Agency experience and account management experience highly preferred
This is an excellent opportunity for a paid media professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants a flexible, part-time role within a collaborative agency environment.
The hourly range for this position is W2 $37-42.50/hr DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
