Speech Therapist

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes. In this role, you will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team. You’ll educate patients and families on therapy techniques to promote independence and improve quality of life.
