Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with clients to establish project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Oversee the execution of construction projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate them proactively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, establishing clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate transparent and consistent dialogue with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
