FullTime SALES Lewis Center, OH, US Salary Range: $52,000.00 to $100,000.00 Annually Urgently Hiring – AllPhase is hiring an In-Home Mitigation Specialist for a full-time position. As an In-Home Mitigation Specialist, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Support/Area Manager with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed) Work with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates. Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Mitigation Specialist Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience Xactimate and DASH experience preferred but not required Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems. Basic math skills Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people Stable work history with a strong work ethic Ability to successfully closesales Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction Self motivated Determination and drive to win. Requirements Valid driver's license with a satisfactory record Clear criminal background Ability to pass drug screen Occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
