The Jake West Agency is a fast-growing insurance agency focused on performance, professionalism, and long-term growth. We are actively expanding and looking to add high-character, competitive producers to our team.

This is not an entry-level “order taker” role.

This is a performance-driven sales position with uncapped earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation Plan:

• Tiered commission structure based on sales performance.
• Average employee total compensation is $90,000-120,000. Currently our highest earning producer is at is $135,000.
• 10 days of PTO a year, pro-rated. (ex. 6 months of employment = 5 days PTO)

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Office Location: 3223 S Cherokee Ln, Woodstock, GA 30188
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
• Dress Code: Business casual. Nice jeans are okay. Look professional.

Responsibilities:

• Work and develop leads, which are provided daily.
• Manage a sales funnel: Call, Prospect, Find solution, Close, Onboard
• Use Needs-Based Selling. Customize a plan for customer. No product pushing.
• Types of insurance you'll sell: Auto, Home, Motorcycle, Boat, Personal Property, Commercial, etc.
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Requirements

No previous insurance experience or license necessary.

Previous experience in either sales, service industry, or business admin preferred.

Being money-motivated is required!
