This role will be responsible for the Houston, TX market./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliManage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment./liliDevelop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customer./liliAchieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management./liliConsult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects./liliDevelop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliHS Diploma or GED/lili2+ years of commercial, industrial or HVAC sales to include inside or outside sales experience./liliAbility to pass an MVR background check./liliAbility to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliBachelors Degree./liliRental Industry experience./liliSalesforce experience./liliSelf-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives./liliStrong interpersonal skills./liliDemonstrated ability to influence customers key decision-makers./liliWillingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory./liliExcellent writing, communication, and presentation skills./li/ulpPay Range/ppThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually.
