RN - Emergency Department

Job Title: RN - Emergency Department Address: Greenville, MI Job Description: Delivers nursing care as per the American Nurses Association and State of Michigan standards. Demonstrates competency through the nursing process, including assessment and evaluation. Communicates and collaborates with health care team members for continuity of care. Acts as a patient/family advocate and performs point of care testing as required. Evaluates patient and family education needs and develops individualized plans of care. Ensures accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Participates in safety initiatives and quality improvement activities. Shift Time Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts. Weekend rotation: Every other weekend. On Call: None. Environment: Hospital setting. Education/Licenses Needed Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing must be obtained within specified timeframes based on start date. Licenses Registered Nurse (State of Michigan) upon hire, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS certifications required. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
