Provide preventive maintenance to insure all equipment is maintained and documented.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** Under limited supervision and much decision-making* Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functioning.* Inspect machines and equipment for potential issues, and address them proactively.* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures.* Use various tools and instruments to assess and repair complex systems.* Installation and Setup* Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery.* Ensure that newly installed equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards.* Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.* Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.* Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.* Report any unusual occurrences, unsafe conditions, or needed repairs to supervisors or management.* Work with other maintenance technicians, operators, and engineering staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.* Participate in team meetings to discuss equipment performance and suggest improvements.* Monitor and maintain proper operation of tools and machines.* Assist with calibration and adjustment of machines to ensure consistent product quality.**OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
