Apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) During your apprenticeship, you will gain comprehensive insight into all commercial processes within our company. You will get to know different deparments and understand how the individual areas work together. You will rotate through, among others: Purchasing Export Human Resources You will also gain insights into production, logistics and scheduling to help you understand the overall operational context. Your Tasks at a Glance Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gradually take on independent responsibilities, including: Supporting the preparation, processing and follow-up of customer orders Handling complaints and returns Monitoring stock levels and assisting with materials procurement Working in financial accounting Managing procurement processes and processing orders Supporting HR administration Contributing to quality assurance Assisting with international shipping and export Planning product dispatch and capacity planning Coordinating logistics processes including transport organisation and customs clearance Label printing and preparation of shipping processes Contributing to production planning and work preparation Your Profile You are a good fit for us if the following applies to you: You hold a university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife or Abitur) – or are about to complete it. You are reliable, a team player and present yourself in a friendly manner. You enjoy communicating and working with a variety of people. You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn as a matter of course. You are comfortable working with numbers and keen to explore a wide range of commercial tasks.
