To support a stable learning environment, a part-time California Licensed English Teacher will teach English online to students in China, focusing on building long-term relationships through fixed student-teacher pairings and a consistent schedule. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging English lessons to students based on their individual learning styles and needs Maintain a fixed schedule for a minimum of 6 months to ensure consistent student-teacher pairing Collaborate with dedicated associates for feedback and support throughout the teaching process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field TEFL/TESOL/CETL certification or equivalent Experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) preferred Native or near-native English pronunciation High-speed internet connection and access to an HD camera and microphone
