Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Help customers by phone, email, and [chat/in person], providing clear answers and timely support.

Respond to questions about accounts, billing, payments, and services.

Explain policies and next steps in language customers can understand.

Research concerns, resolve issues within your authority, and coordinate with other teams when needed.

Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and account updates.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow company procedures.

Follow through on open requests so customers know what to expect.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Customer service experience; a background in banking, insurance, lending, or financial services is strongly preferred.

Strong listening skills and the ability to stay calm during challenging conversations.

Attention to detail when reviewing information, entering data, and documenting requests.

Confidence working across multiple computer systems.

Sound judgment, reliability, and a commitment to treating customers with respect.

Relevant experience may include: bank teller, personal banker, member services representative, insurance account representative, claims support, loan servicing, billing support, or financial services call center work.
