Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction, or relevant field experience. Alternatively, pursuing an associate degree in the relevant field with 2-3 years of project management experience in the data center HVAC industry. Experience or knowledge of HVAC systems and temperature controls is advantageous. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong mathematical skills, exceptional follow-up capability, and ability to manage pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
