Roving Personal Banker

Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geographic area Cover banker and teller absences and temporarily fill open positions as needed Adapt to new branch environments, teams, and customer needs while maintaining service quality and bank standards Build customer relationships through proactive conversations supporting financial well-being Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs and connect them with banking products, services, and solutions Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and make referrals to meet customer and business goals Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications Perform cash handling and teller line activities while maintaining compliance and operational standards Use digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls Collaborate with branch teammates and coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities to support branch operations Requirements 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated customer-facing role is desired Experience building trust-based customer relationships is desired Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels is desired Comfort with digital tools and ability to quickly learn new systems is desired Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English is desired Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners Ability to follow policies and regulations and escape risk concerns Ability to travel 100% of the time within the assigned geography Ability to commute to assigned branch locations for the duration of the assignment Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays Must take and pass the required language assessment SAFE registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background Credit report may be reviewed and additional ongoing screening may apply Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate banking solutions.
