Industry-leading manufacturer supplying commercial construction markets across North America and beyond Stable, well-backed organization with consistent operations and long-term growth Competitive compensation and benefits package above industry average at this location Inclusive, team-oriented workplace culture with strong peer collaboration on the floor --- What You'll Do: * Support daily health and safety functions for the facility * Develop and sustain systems to drive compliance, fatality prevention, and injury reduction * Analyze injury and incident data and assist management with focused reduction efforts * Lead the industrial hygiene program including sampling plans, exposure records, and hazardous material management * Conduct root cause analysis on incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence * Maintain and manage PPE requirements * Develop, review, and facilitate Health & Safety training * Stay current on federal, state, and local health and safety regulations * Assist with ASAT audit protocols and Human Performance system implementation --- Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 1 year of professional Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders Knowledge of OSHA standards and manufacturing/industrial environments --- Contact Kristie Harnish at View email address on click.appcast.io #LI-KH1 #ZR
