Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner tractors and flatbed trailers.
• Execute thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain compliant logs and shipping documents.
• Perform load securement, tarping, and DOT-standard tie-downs; communicate with dispatch and our 24/7 driver support.

Drivers receive 80% of gross (typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000) and can pursue equipment ownership through a one-year lease-to-own program.
